Refund Policy

All items are printed on demand just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, email kotodamastudiojp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no progress for an unusual period, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins (usually within a few hours of ordering).

すべての商品はご注文ごとに製作する受注生産品のため、お客様都合（イメージ違い・サイズ違い等）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。ご注文前にサイズ表をご確認ください。

不良品・誤印刷・配送中の破損があった場合は、商品到着後30日以内に、注文番号と状態がわかる写真を添えて kotodamastudiojp@gmail.com までご連絡ください。無料で交換品をお送りするか、元のお支払い方法へ全額返金いたします。

配送中の紛失が疑われる場合もご連絡ください。配送業者と確認のうえ対応いたします。

キャンセルは製作開始前（通常ご注文後数時間以内）に限りお受けします。
