2. Orders: An order is confirmed when payment is completed. We may cancel and fully refund any order in case of pricing errors, stock/production issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices: Prices are listed in the displayed currency and may change without notice. Shipping, duties and taxes are as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Products: Colors may differ slightly from images due to screens and printing. Made-to-order items may vary slightly in print placement.

5. Returns & Refunds: As described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property: All designs, images and text belong to Kotodama Studio JP and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

7. Prohibited conduct: Fraudulent orders, misuse of the site, or infringement of others' rights are prohibited.

8. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy: Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes: We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of order applies.

11. Governing law: Laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

1. 運営者：本ストアは Kotodama Studio JP（伊東裕太、日本）が運営します。連絡先：kotodamastudiojp@gmail.com

2. ご注文：決済完了をもって注文成立とします。価格表示の誤り、製作上の問題、不正の疑いがある場合、注文を取り消し全額返金することがあります。

3. 価格：表示通貨での価格とし、予告なく変更することがあります。送料・関税等は配送ポリシーのとおりです。

4. 商品：画面や印刷の特性により、実物の色味や印刷位置が画像と若干異なる場合があります。

5. 返品・返金：返金ポリシーのとおりです。

6. 知的財産：デザイン・画像・文章の権利は Kotodama Studio JP に帰属し、無断複製・商用利用を禁じます。

7. 禁止事項：不正注文、サイトの不正利用、第三者の権利侵害を禁じます。

8. 責任の制限：法令で認められる範囲で、当店の責任は該当注文の支払額を上限とします。ただし、法律上排除できない消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。

9. 個人情報：プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

10. 変更：本規約は変更されることがあり、ご注文時点で掲載されている規約が適用されます。
